The Swansea ballboy whose on-pitch antics and pre-match Tweeting brought him 100,000 new Twitter followers in just over 24 hours has addressed his new disciples for the first time.
It's hard to imagine what the assembled hoardes were expecting by following a Twitter account which had surely already had its 15 minutes of fame. But it probably wasn't worth the wait:
Give it another week or two and it's easy to imagine the vast majority of the 100,000 won't even remember why they're following some teenager from Wales.
In the meantime, this story has already been given the animation treatment by Taiwanese news-manglers NMAtv who have brought their unique brand of reporting to it:

Either he has plenty of interesting tweets about his job lined up, or his follower count will plummet. How bothered he'll be about that, I dunno.
