Not sure about the talking a good game bit - it was especially light on detail, as usual. For example, he said rights holders and ISPs will share costs, but how?

Citing the 15 year old Morgan Stanley intern as part of his evidence didn't get him off to a good start either!

Cheers Phil - "talks a good game" was supposed to denote style over substance. His performance was pretty polished but lacked practical measures, I agree.

I have read the article based on the good game.From the concern article,I agree with the stand that “People want access to copyrighted material in ways and on formats that the industry currently doesn’t provide.”
